Proof, not claims.

Unifi operates inside financial systems, industry infrastructure, and listed company disclosures. This is where performance is tested under real conditions and where it holds up.

CASE SNAPSHOTS

Five contexts. Real conditions.

SkyNet UK

SkyNet UK published its Unifi Diagnostic results externally: maturity archetype, framework coverage, and improvement roadmap, in investor-facing communication. External audiences received a structured, verified view of the business rather than a management narrative.

Sea Harvest (JSE-listed)

Sea Harvest used Unifi to support board-level ESG materiality assessment and disclosures. The outputs were referenced directly in JSE-listed public disclosures: not summarised by a consultant, but cited as evidence in a context where that distinction matters to investors and regulators alike.

Standard Bank Logo

Standard Bank OneHub

Businesses operating within Standard Bank’s OneHub marketplace use Unifi to improve their ESG maturity and present structured, consistent ESG data at the point where capital decisions are made. The result is a materially different: less friction, faster assessment, and performance data that stands on its own.

A large, privately owned healthcare client of OneHub has used Unifi to link business continuity imperatives with ESG data, equipping their Board to manage risks with reliable data flows.

JSE

South Africa’s most comprehensive ESG feed for JSE-listed companies, built for the local market, not adapted from a global template. Core B-BBEE, local procurement, ESD, community investment and carbon tax metrics, alongside GHG, energy, water and governance indicators.

Full exchange universe, comprising of 60 metrics, three years of history with quarterly updates. Includes the ESG Sector Benchmark Layer, recalculated annually.

Kearney

Unifi partnered with Kearney in conducting a sustainability analysis of South Africa’s mining sector spanning 2019-2023, an industry under increasing scrutiny as many mining leaders continue to suffer from a “say–do” gap, making bold commitments but struggling to translate them into measurable action.

WHAT CHANGES

When structure replaces fragmentation.

Across these cases, the pattern is consistent. Structured performance data replaces repeated storytelling. Multiple organisations operate from a shared evidence base. Credentials are used directly in real decision contexts, not produced for them after the fact.

This isn’t a presentation improvement. It’s a structural change in how performance is communicated and evaluated.

SCALE

In practice.

  • 80+ organisations operating from a single structured system
  • Deployed inside a Tier 1 bank environment and industry infrastructure
  • Referenced in JSE-listed public disclosures
  • Applied across mining, logistics, financial services, agriculture, and consumer sectors
  • Passports structured across all four maturity levels

Structured proof changes how businesses are evaluated.

These cases show what that looks like when it works.
